The Beauty Booster treatment is a series of micro injections delivered by the V2 Injector with dermal filler that is injected into the skin, rather than underneath the skin like most dermal filler treatments. The treatment introduces hyaluronic acid which promotes new collagen and elastin formation, bringing deep hydration.
The Beauty Booster treatment can be used to treat the face, neck and décolletage.
Results build gradually and subtly with optimal results after three treatments 1 month apart and those results last six to nine months. Regular treatments every 9 months will help to maintain results.
You can expect tighter, firmer, more glowing skin. The Beauty Booster treatment will activate fibroblasts, promoting new collagen and elastin, delivering healthy-looking, glowing, hydrated skin.
The micro-injections contain a local anaesthetic, are shallow and performed with very fine needles, so it’s unlikely you’ll feel much discomfort. The practitioner can also apply numbing cream before your treatment.
Treatment should be viewed as more regenerative and ongoing in nature. In many ways this is not a temporary treatment, but a real solution. New collagen and elastin will result in a thicker and more elastic dermis. These results should remain for at least 12 months post treatment before the effects of ageing are once again seen.
To maintain skin health, glow and density, follow up Beauty Booster treatments can be performed every four to six months.
On average, you should experience minimal downtime. Some people will have no bruising post treatment; others, particularly with very fragile skin, will experience bruising and blotchiness post treatment which can take up to 4 days to settle. Downtime is reduced after each subsequent Beauty Booster treatment due to the dermis being repaired. We recommend Oxygenetix, a breathable skin foundation, to mask any effects.
The Beauty Booster treatment should be administered 10 days before a special event.
